Tony Hollamon Bio

 

 

 

Tony Hollamon is the Executive Vice President for Epitec, Inc. He serves as an officer for the company providing strategic and operational leadership. He started his career when the company was just $2 million and has helped to grow the organization to over $68 million with over 950 employees. For almost 27 years Tony has supported the company’s contingent labor and professional services business practices.   Tony has deep industry knowledge in Automotive, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Power and Energy and Telecommunications. Tony currently leads a team of sales and marketing professionals responsible for developing new client relationships and executing client delivery solutions for the company’s Detroit, Dallas and Grand Rapids offices. Tony also participates in Epitec’s recruiting academy training process including new staff orientations, recruiting and selection and team deployments. He has helped Epitec become a multi award winning organization; three time MMSDC Minority Vendor of the year award winner and 10 time Michigan and 2 time Dallas Texas 101 Best and Brightest award winner for Employee and HR best practices.

 

Tony has a passion for mentoring team members and helping other small minority and women owned businesses. His long list of professional achievements in personnel outsourcing, recruiting, sales, marketing and operations makes him an effective people developer. Tony is also heavily engaged in a number of industry and community related organizations such as the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council, the Dallas Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council, the Michigan Council Woman In Technology in support of STEM initiatives and Vista Maria.
